By downloading or using ZRead, you agree to these terms of service.

Description of Service

ZRead is an EPUB reader app for iOS that provides reading, text-to-speech, and image enhancement features. Some features require an active Pro subscription.

Subscriptions

• ZRead Pro is available as a subscription through the Apple App Store.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.

User Content

You are responsible for the files you import into ZRead, whether from your device, cloud storage services, or OPDS catalogs. We do not host, distribute, or have access to your content.

Third-Party Services

ZRead integrates with the following optional third-party services:

• Google Drive & Dropbox — You may connect your cloud storage accounts to browse and download book files. ZRead requests read-only access and connects directly to these services. Your use of Google Drive and Dropbox is subject to their respective terms of service.
• OPDS Catalogs — You may add OPDS catalog URLs to browse and download books. You are responsible for ensuring your use of these catalogs complies with their terms and applicable copyright laws.

Intellectual Property

ZRead and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ZRead and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

Disclaimer

ZRead is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

ZRead shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
